Eco-Sachet FAQ’s

We usually print orders of up to 100 000 sachets or multiple designs orders with a first-class digital CMYK printer (HP Indigo).

For higher volumes of sachet packaging or based on your project specification, we can select UV offset or flexographic print (PANTONE or CMYK).

We usually pack liquid cosmetic products such as cream, gel, oil, serum, shampoo, ointment, and similar products.

We also pack food gels and low-dust powders.

Additionally, we can take care of the sachet packaging of your solid products, such as capsules, tablets, nicotine pouches, and others.

Our sachet production facility and office are in the capital city of Slovakia, Bratislava.

Yes, of course! Although we are based in Slovakia, most of our clients are international cosmetic producers or brands from European countries, mainly Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portuguese, Slovenia, and Switzerland.

Some of our clients are outside the European Union, such as the United Kingdom, US, and Canada.

For flat 4-sided sealed sachets, our cosmetic sachet packaging size is from 50x50mm up to 100x120mm and anything in between.

The size of our stick packs range from 30x50mm up to 70x120mm.

Our standard filling volume is between 0,5 – 15ml or 1 – 10g.

Our Sampless™ sachet adheres to the strategy for easy recycling. This means our eco-friendly sachet packaging is designed for collection, sorting, and recycling using end-of-life processes technically available even if the relevant infrastructure is not yet in place.

No, it is not. However, polypropylene, the material used in the manufacturing of Sampless™ sachet foil, is recyclable; this way, it can contribute to a circular economy.

It is made of polypropylene monofoil. Its resin identification code is 5 for PP.

Generally, packed products’ shelf-life is expected to be between 6 – 12 months. However, it is necessary to perform compatibility and stability tests to determine the packed product’s exact shelf-life.
